About Uptown
Though listed for all wearers, Uptown opens with a crowd of citrus and aromatic notes that tilt the composition toward brightness. Yellow mandarin, bergamot and lemon deliver three shades of citrus, from sweet to bitter, while pink pepper, juniper, coriander and lavender add spice, green sharpness, herbal lift and aromatic freshness. Rose, geranium, lily, jasmine, caramel, patchouli and akigala wood occupy the heart. Vanilla and tonka bean add creamy sweetness, and white musk softens the whole. The range of materials is wide, from fresh to sweet to smoky, and the finish is correspondingly complex.
